Hi guys,
I am on the edge of decision, I need to choose between those two models:

Sony Xperia X1

Nokia N97

Just curious, which of above has better sound quality ?
As I've heard ericssons have better battery life, but nothing about SQ.

Anyway, please share your experience and if available give some advice.

Thank you in advance

P.S.
My old Nokia N95 got under landmower, and *BOOW*

Pic of long lasted N95...

Both are about the same. They have very beefy batteries close in mAh and similar power handling. I only use the XPERIA with custom ROMs from xda-developers however, and I have heard there is less battery life with standard ROMs.

No. You have to reset the device by the power switch every so often to keep it fast if you don't have a fast or lite ROM loaded. The newest firmware makes this much less often than necessary, but power cycling is a defining characteristic of Windows Mobile.

I had a XPERIA X1 for a while didn't really like it. Even at its fastest it was still slow, and the keyboard I just didn't get used to. Camera is slow too. No dedicated music buttons either.

Not used a N97.
