I just ripped some music to my SE P1 as our office has a WiMe stereo BT receiver hooked up over the office stereo; so we can take turn DJing wireless.
When I tried the supplied headphones from SE at home, the sound is really listenable; full bodied and smooth. It doesn't have sparkling highs and fast attack but way ahead of the typical tiny or muffled sound from phones.
I've tried the various preset equalizer setting - jazz, rock, classical - quite usable too.
