Hi

Has anyone ever seen/heard a D-40T Discman ? I saw one in a second hand shop and wondered if its any good. It looks like an old school Sony PDCP with an inbuilt FM tuner.

yeh, ive got one. got it of Ebay for 6 english pounds a few months ago.

I think it sounds quite good. powerful sound. thou i cant compare it to any other pcdps as i havent heard any similar ones. also its built like a brick!

btw, it sucks batteries dry! (takes 4 AAs) and the radio on mine doesnt pick up much.

Thats definately the one I saw. They wanted £30 UK for it. Seems a bit steep.
