Does anyone have any info on the above CDP? Googling turned up nothing, nor did a search here. My grandpa has one, and it sounds very decent running through his Marantz receiver. All I can tell you is that it's a black 5-disc changer, manufactured in Japan on December '91, with two RCA jacks for output on the back. It looks as though it had a remote at one point, and other than that, has controls for skipping directly to tracks or discs, shuffle/repeat/program, and of course, normal play/pause/stop/ff/rw.

Perhaps tomorrow I'll try to get some pictures up, but anyway, any information anyone has on this would be appreciated. Original price, specs, comparisons, etc.

Thanks,

Actually, it's a sibling model of the CDP-C315 (which my brother had). The main difference is that the CDP-C315 came with its own remote, and the CDP-C215 didn't (but both models are capable of being remote-controlled with compatible Sony receivers' remote controls).
