"Surfing on a Rocket" - Air

I will second Air as a great choice for floating, though I'd specifically point to "Venus" from Talkie Walkie, rather than "Surfing on a Rocket" (though that definitely does have a great title for floating).

I'd also suggest Boards of Canada. Their most recent album Campfire Headphase isn't their best, but it has some great floating moments, such as "Peacock Tail."

Oh yes, most definitely. Since you got the Beatles song down I will go with The Doors - The Crystal Ship

Comfortably Numb, by (duh) Pink Floyd.

Never fails...I don't know if I'm cheating though because I have the MFSL version of The Wall. Methinks it makes me float a few stories higher.

Really? So the songs "Bike", and "Sheep" from Floyd make you "float"?

The Coltrane album Interstellar Overdrive gives you this effect as well?

You need an intervention stat!
