Those songs where you hear a piece of the composition, a piano lick, guitar riff, bass drop, break, key shift, or anything else you can think of, and you are always overcome by goosebumps and a general pure sense of glee, as though, for that two and a half minutes, nothing else matters.

For me-
Bonny (live) by AC/DC
Desperado by The Eagles
Fix You by Coldplay (gets me everytime)
Are We the Waiting by Greenday
Wake Me Up When September Ends by Greenday
Reconsider Baby by Joe Bonamassa
You Are So Beautiful by Joe Cocker
Amazing Grace as performed by John Newton
Open Arms by Journey
Faithfully by Journey
After All These Years by Journey
Rooftops by Lostprophets
In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins
Take It Back by Pink Floyd
Lost For Words by Pink Floyd
The Gunner's Dream by Pink Floyd (first time I remember this 'feeling')
Terminal Frost by Pink Floyd
Comforttably Numb by Pink Floyd
Run Like Hell by Pink Floyd (coolest peak, vu, oscilloscope, and spectrum show)
Georgia On My Mind by Ray Charles
Swing Life Away by Rise Against
Live In The Sky by T.I.
Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own by U2
Jolene as performed by The White Stripes

Your turn (one will do, haha)

Tangled Up In Blue - Bob Dylan
Sea Wall - Buckethead (from his (still?) newest album)
Space Lion - Cowboy Bebop
Metropolis Pt. 1 - Dream Theater (well, at least the two minutes, but the rest is great too)
The Spark That Bled - The Flaming Lips
Sawdust & Diamonds - Joanna Newsom (heard it in a cafe before, didn't know it until recently)
Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa - Joe Hisaishi
One Summer's Day - Joe Hisaishi
Bron-Y-Aur Stomp - Led Zeppelin (funny how out of all of their songs, I come back to this one the most)
Freddie Freeloader - Miles Davis
DSOTM - Pink Floyd (the whole thing)
Pure Narcotic - Porcupine Tree
Trains - Porcupine Tree
Paranoid Android - Radiohead
Everything In Its Right Place - Radiohead
Geek U.S.A. - Smashing Pumpkins
1979 - Smashing Pumpkins
Any live rendition of Ball and Biscuit - White Stripes (album version good for a goosebump too)

The list was going to originally be like three songs, but as I scrolled through my playlist looking for them I kept finding more.

Coldplay - A Rush Of Blood To The Head (The entire album is so consistent that just referring to the title track seems wrong to me.)

The Verve - History

James Brown & The JB's - Funky Drummer (The long version, funk meets jazz. Sacred music to me.)

Laurent Garnier - The Man With The Red Face (I have the Ashley Beedle Remix, but there is a 10 minute live version

.)

Audioslave - Like A Stone
