I love Saties Gnossiennes and Gymnopedies.

So I wonder if you could recommend me some more slow music for piano...

I guess Chopins Nocturnes would fit the bill, but somehow I find them boring. Anything else you could think of?

Maybe not in the really slow category but I'd suggest you check out Schubert's Impromptus (I like Perahia - his Mendelssohn Sonatas are good too) or Mozart's Piano Sonatas (here I'd go with Uchida).
