Something like Apple Earbuds in shape but better sound quality?

Can someone recommend earbuds that are similar to Apple ones in shape but have better sound quality? I'm looking for a cheaper options.

I'm also interested in this. Apple's earbuds are the only in-ears that have ever been comfortable for me. But they sound so muffled.

Yeah, they are soooo comfortable, after a few minutes I have a feeling that they are not even there and that sound is coming from everywhere. Just would wish if there is something with better SQ but same design.

So, you're looking for standard earbuds, not in-ears?

Sennheiser MX375 are good, have almost the same EarPods sound type. They aren't better but cost less too...

There is nothing with the same design...

Not standard earbuds. Apples EarPods are a different shape than the mx375. In-ears are so uncomfortable for me due to sinus issues and all the other options sound like crap. I carry around on-ears but they take up so much space in my bag despite being compact. I feel tic tac's pain.

They are also fully waterproof which could be useful particularly if you have 'waterproof' phone like my Sony!?!

Don't own a pair as yet.
