O.K. Those of you who are eBay experts can perhaps explain to me what is going on. This seems fishy.

First, there was this auction for these Koss E/10 stats.

Wallijohn noted these here on this thread.

They went for $119.

Now today, not even 24 hrs. later, these phones magically reappear - and someone has already bought them with a Buy It Now @110. Exactly the same seller.

Am I too supiscious?

If you read through the auction description you will see that he has relisted them due to the previous high bidder not following through with the transaction.

I've sometimes seen (and benefited from) and instance where an item has been listed, but did not meet the reserve price. After the auction ends, someone contacts the seller and asks whether the item will be relisted. By then, the seller knows the new URL, and gives it to the prospective buyer. However, there is lag time between the time when an item is POSTED to eBay and when it's INDEXED (ie) you can do a search for it). During that time - when it appears that the item has not even been listed yet - someone who has the URL can bid on it before anyone else even knows it's there.

I'm thinking that's what happened here. It's a good thing when it works in your favor, and it sucks when it does not.
