Well well have some good new here for those using Sony NetMD MiniDisc players (including myself who owns 2 Sony MD Players , one Sony MZ-1 and a Sony MZ-N707)  Ok I have managed to search and get a driver that was written for Win 7 64bit, though not sure if it will work with Win7 32 bit but worth a try.
 
I have already downloaded and installed this on my laptop running Win 7 Ultimate and works like a charm, drivers installed and all up and running.
 
Pls note you will also need Sonic Stage 4.3 installed as well.
