Hey all,
 
I'm looking for something that can rip CDs as accurately as EAC but works with latest version of  iTunes and/or rips into Apple Lossless.  
 
Should be Windows 7 compatible.  Also it doesn't matter to me if it's not free.
 
Any ideas?

dbPoweramp would work for what you want.  The only reason I don't use it is that I rip my archives to FLAC image + CUE, and EAC is still more elegant for that.

Both programs are known to differ mainly on ease of use, though dBpoweramp seems to do slightly more accurate rips.
 
Take in consideration that ever since R14, dBpoweramp has support for cue sheets on image files, which was a feature lacking from previous versions, which made many people use EAC at that time, but it's no longer a point favoring EAC.
 
Overall, it's a very praised software, and worth the price asked.
