A grounding issue would introduce a hum or buzz, not pitch change or the other symptoms Vitor Machado described.

I've been swimming these days, and I just realized the problem is not my computer, it's my ears.
Water is getting inside my ears, and then for the next hour after I stop swimming, physics does it's thing and distorts the sound.
It's hard to notice on voices, but when music plays it's obvious.
 
Maybe I should use ear plugs.

Though the crackling noise was indeed caused by my Mic being not muted, apparently.
So yeah, I'll consider this case solved, thanks everyone.
