My cable has 3 separate cable with 3 colour blue,green and red each colour has a copper wire how do i solder it to my stereo phono plug

Tip is the left channel
Ring is the right channel
Sleeve is ground

So regarding the three wire the should be ground the red us right abd the blue is left.

Your cable color coding is like a video component cable. It doesn't matter anyway, if you have a multimeter, you can check which cable is left or right.
