Winamp 5 here (classic skin, of course), EDIT: with ASIO using either native ASIO or ASIO4All. The most popular options will probably include that along with Foobar2000, iTunes and J.River Media Center.

it took me a while to get my config to that point...

but it's columns UI... here's the fcs file
then the following components... (top to bottom in the sidebar)
foo_uie_tabs
foo_uie_albumlist
foo_uie_trackinfo
foo_uie_albumart
foo_uie_volume

and the buttons
Glass_Square_BlackGreen.png


and the trackinfo stuff... 7point arial unicode is the font i use

I'm still quite satisfied using foobar2000. Prefer its plain and simple looks and nice features over that of any other player I've seen so far.

I have been very happy with J.River Media Center 11
Before that used their MC10, MC9, MJ8. The product has developed nicely with lot of power available, yet fairly easy to use from the start.
