A tweak is changing something in your system to hopefully make it sound better. It could be something as simple as placing a bag of sand on your CD player to damp resonances, or something technical like modifying a circuit or changing out parts in a circuit. In a broad sense, just about any change I can think of would qualify as a tweak. Some may think of a tweak as actually modifying something, others may consider changing one interconnect for another as a tweak.
