As we all know, the battery contact system on the SMV3 is very poor designed. It's so poor that Mr Xin try to improve it on his new v5, but still doesnt look too reliable to me. Anyways, I designed a top notch battery contact system for the SMV3. It's available on request.
Forget those moving battery contacts that came in your SMV3.
To use this system, you must get rid of the old contacts and make sure to throw it in the gabage can.
It just need to be aligned with the batteries and the foam put preasure to the contatcs, making sure a direct battery connection is made.
With this battery contact system I get:
- Better Battery Contact
- Better Battery Life (less resistance)
- Better Amplifier performance (faster performance), since all contacts are always in direct contact with the batteries.
- All copper wires were cured against corrosion, to maximize the flow of electrons (my secret).
- All the benefits of a stable current system.
The photo shows the product and it doesnt need too much explanation. I called it "the black mamba connection". Another paranoid product. TM
