Hi,

I just received my DAC from another Head-fier and was wondering if this is normal. I can’t see the display head on unless I’m at a higher viewpoint.

I purchased mine direct a few months back and my screen is also off alignment. You could just send it back, if it's too much of a bother, or open up the case and move the LCD up a 1/4 ". Poor QC imo for such an expensive item.

So it's not meant to be like that correct? I've already requested a refund and returned the item. Thank you for the reply.
