I know how to download drivers, unzip, etc. My Windows 10 pc recognizes the M6, but plays absolutely no sound...restarting done...etc. No idea what to do now...

Initial install was fine for me. But now, 8 months later after trying to play a Vimeo video, I lost sound and no matter what online help I've tried, no sound also. Anybody have a solution?
