Does anyone use a small flat type case for their IEMs? I was thinking of using a thicker cigarette tin/case. I need something that would fit in my pocket and most of the soft circular cases are kind of big, and will flatten in pockets.

Mainly any SD Memory card cases can be modded with some foam lining inside , most of them are waterproof as well!
 

A nice alternative would be to use wooden cigar boxes to store your IEMs in at home if you're looking for something classy.

Mint tins are always good, but otherwise you can find some nice leather ones on aliexpress, only thing is shipping takes a month. Mp3 player cases also work well.
