Has anyone found a case that can can hold both of these conveniently while travelling? I use duct tape at the moment to hold the two together, which works fine, but isn't exactly classy

I use a lowepro camera case for an iPod and G-V5, with extra room for IEMs.

The best alternatives that I have seen are digital camera cases and the bags made by Headroom.

I took this one for my rig!
Fits perfect my ipod classic and a corda move amp. Tough made and affordable too

I looked into it, but it says the interior size is 3,5cm thick while the iPod + 2Move is 4,5cm. Anyway, I looked at eBay and found this case for 15 euros so I gave it a shot. Hope it'll work out...

Two bags on your belt seems a bit much, I'd rather have one that's thicker. I use it most while cycling and then one bag at your hip will do but two will restrict your leg movement while cycling...

Well, you own a 30gb ipod and I guess it's thicker than an ipod classic...
I don't know if it would work together :-/
At least move/2move + ipod classic/touch fit excellent in that bag with a short low-profile-lod like the alo cryo
