My friend is looking for pair of skullcandy hesh

I do hate skullcandy's sound (but they look awesome). She said the sq doesn't mater, but i want to make her an audiophile too like how i made my other friends audiophiles by getting them the good ones

So now I'm looking for a substitute that has about the same looks and price (sub $90)

by far my choices are AKG K 518 LE/DJ and the ATH-FC7/5

they need to be portable, which means it has to be foldable enough, but they have to be closed but no noise cancelation, cirum-aural and "pretty" like the skullcandy's coolness. the sq doesnt have to be grado level, just not crappy.

any sugestions on what i should get? or additons?

its too plain

it needs to have color

and it has to be under $90

but I might get that for myself sometime in the near future

then tell her to stick her fingers in her ears and just hum if the sq doesnt matter.

more helpfully audio tecnica do some really good looking things but a bit more grown up looking than maybe whats shes after if shes looking at skulcandys.

have you looked at sennheisers sports range or street range?
