I just bought some Mullard M8161 for my Little-Dot Mk. III, which is an EF92 type. When I got it, I saw that it is larger then the stock EF95 tubes, could that be right?

Yeah, they're larger (same pin size though). They're also shielded inside which I think helps with RF interference.
