I also have been trying to get an ampsack from him for ages but I guess moving has really thrown a spanner in the works over there.

since i'm staying nearby his shop. There's now 1 that can fit the 1g ipod touch. Maybe he will send some to Steve.

I actually lost it on the pico preorder thread last night. Every single date i'm given comes and goes without any idea whats actually going on. It was supposed to ship last monday, then wednesday, then justin said it would be a few days till international orders started getting shipping notices; and now that deadline has come and gone and he isn't answering my email. There really is shades of Xin; not in the same league, but getting there. I went back to try and tame the post a bit but somebody had already quoted me Doh; oh well perhaps Justin will get the msg.

cheers guys; hopefully by the time the meet rolls around i'll be able to test my pico D2000 synergy out. But with my rant maybe he'll put me at the back of the line again; even though I paid a month ago.

hey thanks man; i'll see what he sends to steve and if there isn't one in there i'll def drop you a line. I need to get one for the touch/iphone with a spare detatchable compartment for a 5G ipod.

At last count there were something like 3 Picos coming including mine...

Oh no, am I too late to express interest in this meet? =P

I should be able to add an AKG sextett to that list +/- Darkvoice 336i.

I'd really like to hear some USB DACs - thinking of upgrading the Musiland that I have now.

Well i'd imagine that the ipod touch would be slightly thinner but apart from that I think theyd be the same sort of size. Cowon D2 have basically the same dimension as a credit card but about the same height as the Pico. How exactly does the itouch stay in place there? It looks like its just sitting on it in that pic.
