I want a device that could accept one or more 5.1 source and redirect to two or more 5.1 outputs. the purpose of that is to use Asus Xonar DS as the unique source for my Roccat Kave and logitech x530.
I don't need nor amplification(DS is modded with a LME49720) neither DSP effect. Actually, i dont need a mixer such as "deejay consolle" but a simple switch.
Could you suggest component design for obtain maximum quality and no signal drop? Alternatively, could you suggest me a correct device if it exist?

another question: by datasheet, spu are rated of 0.1A max current and 30V DC max voltage. That threshold is enough for every audio application?

It is similar but I don't think the Farnell one is changeover, I think you need the ebay one.
 
These are only really suitable for switching source (low power).

The datasheets are the same, but farnell one is "latching" and the ebay one is "changeover"
I'm not english, could u explain me if there is a difference? i don't know well tecnical terms

Latching is 'push for on, push for off'
 
Changeover is 'push for one set of inputs, push for other set of inputs'
