Looking pretty hard at monoprice M1060C it's on sale for $225. 5 yr warranty 30 day return policy. There only seem to be this one and the Sundara which was suggested and has a 1yr warranty. Trying not to rush into it while my RMA gets processed. If there are any other suggestions let me know and post up.

Yeah 2 1/2 hr drive and almost $5 a gallon might as well buy from drop.

Sony MDR-1A. I did look at some but not sure it's still a long drive 😕

Thanks for looking 👍

Too many rabbit holes... Need to call about my RMA tomorrow once refund is in the bank it will be time to go shopping.😬

Edit: Few months ago I seriously almost bought the Meze Classics. I'm starting to see why most have more than one hp. 😂

Edit again: If I could find a closed back that sounded like the T60RP Fostex that would be perfect.

Yeah not feeling it. Good news is I got my RMA for full Refund and the Fostex are going out in the mail today. 👍. I'm going to try and figure it out by the 23 as Drop has a no sales tax that ends on the 23rd. It's like 8.8% sales tax in WA.😬

I messaged him last night and earlier this morning. Was looking at the modded HE-R9. If I can't make up my mind by Saturday probably going to hold of and save up some more for some closed-back planars. But kinda up in the air right now because I have only had one my Sonys and the Fostex.

Hmmm...I think that you wanted to mainly upgrade to a higher powered amp and tubes, as that was what you really wanted when your Sony MDR-7506 we’re still working, and now that you have heard how good wooden planars are with your what you originally really wanted, waiting for the Sash Tres 45 ohm is the next best thing, as you can switch from semi-open wooden ear cups and closed wooden ear cups. It probably now will not take more than a month from production to your doorstep, as other US customers have reported that long recently.
