Sirius & FM shows on at the same time - Help me solve my radio dilemma

Howard Stern is moving to Sirius Satellite radio, so I'm looking at getting Sirius at work. Most of the time I'll probably listen through headphones, but I might have an office soon and speakers would be okay. Any recommendations for what I should get for a receiver? I don't care about having it in my car or at home. I know very little about satellite radio and budget really isn't an issue.

Secondly, and the reason I put this in the Lounge, because I have no idea where to stick it, my favorite mid-day FM radio show will be replacing Howard in the mornings. What is the optimum way for me to time-record that show every day to listen to later, also at work? Is there an FM receiver with a hard drive out there that will let me time-record? It can be separate from the Sirius receiver, that's fine.

sirius has come out with a couple receivers that have the replay function. So now you could listen to the FM station and then listen to Howard Stern time delayed.
