Since I have used IEMs for a long time, my ears seem to be inflamed. How long is it reasonable to use IEMs?

In our experience, and talking to our clients who are musicians, it comes down to fit and comfort. If wearing IEMs for a long time causes you discomfort and inflammation, then it might not be the best IEM/tips combo for you. We advice experimenting with tips, or getting a custom, if you need to wear IEMs for extended periods of time.
