I have the Audioengine A2+ for watching movies & they put out too much lower bass for my taste in a small boxed in area, the result is the lower bass tends to muddy the highs. The settings in audio don't allow any tone adjustment where you can just turn down the bass a bit by a few db.
 
So what are the simplest ways to do this? I would prefer to be able to do this only to my A2's when the speakers are turned on which windows detects the sound device.
