I have a fellow building me an LOD for a DIYMod and the wire he has on hand for use is either Cardas 23.5AWG stranded copper or Neotech 28AWG solid core silver. Now, as someone who hasn't really had much experience with different cables, I'm having a little trouble deciding which would be best for me.
So for those of you that have tried various types of cables, which of the two would you prefer and why? Bear in mind that this will be a short run (< 4 inches). I'm curious about both audio quality and practical considerations such as ability to withstand wear and tear.
