so moving to a speakerless system after moving to a smaller place.
I have a portable mixer (with 1/4” L+R/RCA L+R), which I currently connect 3.5mm audio out from my Mac, and instrument signal to mix onboard into my headphones.
Wanting better audio quality I bought a headphone amp DAC combo (HADAC) *Grace M9XX
So, am I right for this signal chain:
Mac USB out> M9xx (which output?) > mixer (which input) > headphones out.
Would the amplifier in the mixer affect the HADAC sound quality negatively?
