i'm using this TX, Digi-Key - TE62021-ND (Manufacturer - 62021), wired in parallel (brown/green to center 2 terminals and red and blue to the outer terminals). i'm getting 13.3V AC on the secondaries, but only 0.3V DC from the sigma11. also, 0.9V DC at C5. i reflowed the rectifying diodes and measured diode checks with my DVM but still no love.

If I understand what you said correctly you've got the trafo wired completely wrong.

Are you trying to feed the sigma 18 or 9VAC?

Yeah no matter what config you are going for parallel or series you have it wrong.

parallel you would tie the green and brown together to one outside terminal and tie red and blue to the other outside terminal

series just connect the 4 wires to the 4 terminal in this order Green Red Brown Blue
