Hi all

I have some odd issues with my Shure SE535 IEMs. The right channel sounds like it is cut down by 20-30%. It just doesn't sound and feel balanced.

I connected the pair to my Mac and moved the balance slider all the way to the left and right to check if they sound the same and there was definitely a difference in clarity, details, bass and total volume. I am still in warranty since this pair is only 12 months old now.

What I did:
Checking the canal. I clean my ears every day so no wax or what so ever
Swapping cable from another pair of Shure's.
Of course I tried multiple sources

I have no clue what causes this issue but can someone share his experience with Shure warranty? Are they actually repairing the internals, swapping one channel or swapping both channels? As far as I know I have to send them to Shure Germany as I am in the Netherlands.

Thanks!!

A good place to check IEM output and frequency response is...
