My E1c's had a problem -- the apparent volume in the right ear piece dropped by about half. I sent them in to Shure for repair, knowing the standard charge for repair was $55. I got a call from them, offering me an upgrade to a new pair of E3c's for the same $55, with the standard accessories included.

I said "okay."

Below are the email I received when I send the E3C for checking before I put it on sale (which no one buy it yet..)

Hello,

We have received your E3C 2 days ago and it have passed the analysis checking. Everything seems to be working fine and no damage to the drivers.

Kind regards,
