Hi guys i'm new to the forum! I have been lurking around this site for a year or two now reading reviews and other posts and what not.  Just wondering since i haven't seen much on this but i feel like my SRH840s don't get loud enough compared to other headphones such as (flame me for having them haha) beats pros, bose triport IIs, audio technica ATH-A900x.  I feel like size vs volume, my stock earbuds that came with my iphone can get louder than these.  I thought it was just that my iphone didn't give enough power to run them louder but it's the same through my iPod classic, my macbook air, iPad, ipod shuffle.  Just doesn't get loud enough.  Anyone have this problem or have a solution?  If i was to need an amp, what are some suggestions?  Hoping if i was to get one to be portable enough to take on the go. I listen to acid house, tech house, nu-disco, an assortment of EDM, hip hop, some late 90s rock, some grateful dead, pink floyd...  Thanks ahead of time for any help!
