Hey, people.
I've been reading the forum for months but didn't feel like posting until now. I have a severe problem with my SRH 840. A small piece of the headband came off and it's damaging the right earcup cable severely. I lost the receipt so I cannot get any warranty, so I'm almost alone here. I carefully unscrewed the other part of the loose plastic and discovered another loose piece of plastic on the inside of the headband. I pulled it out easily, like if it wasn't even snapped to anything. I made an album online (I'm sorry, I can't post pictures right now) of pictures portraying the issue.
Can you guys help me out here?
