have any of you guys that got yours from there seen an actual pair that was known to come from an authorized dealer? I had purchased a set of moto bluetooth headphones from radio shack and decided i liked them, so i bought a pair on ebay for half the price that was supposed to be oem, and had i not had an actual pair to hold them up against I would have beleived they were real.

I asked the deal-spot and they say they are not authorized dealer and they could provide a different warranty if pay extra
