These are within my budget for now and are the only available options I have in stores around me (can not buy online currently).
I'm looking for best sound quality overall for all genres of music. If possible, I'd like a ranking from best to worst in descending order.

If you are looking at closed and over-ear, then in your price range, you should check out the Takstar Pro 80 (Gemini HSR-1000)--it is a very neutral and high-performing can for the price. If you are looking at open, you might check out the Sennheiser HD518 or 558 or the Audio Technica ATH-AD700x--all also very good headphones.
