Shure SE215 vs Sennheiser IE80

Hi all,
I know this thread is a little old now but I was wondering if you have anymore impressions/comparisons between the Sennheiser IE80 and the Shure SE215's. I currently own the Monster Turbine Pro Golds and am quite happy with the sound. I listen to predominantly bass-heavy music.
Thanks,
Phil

I can't imagine the IE80 and SE215 even being in the same league.  I haven't heard either, but the IE80 is a premium iem, the 215 is more of an above budget yet still entry level.  I haven't heard either, and I'm sure each has a different sound signatures that diff people prefer, but sound signature aside there are certain things that make some iems objectively better (detail, clarity, soundstage, separation, etc etc) than others, and I'd gotta imagine the IE80 wins in every category.

The se215 has better isolation and very good instrument separation. Ie80 better in vocals and bass. Very difficult find everything in one iem. Is not a big step from se215 I think.
