Ok...so I picked up a pair of 210's really cheap from BB and have read how the bass on these iem's is very lacking. Can this be overcome by the equalizer and dac of the D2 to produce better bass than normal.

Yes, you can use the EQ on D2 to boost the bass impact on Shure SE210. I use my E2C with D2 with this jet effect setting : BBE = 5, M3B = 10. For EQ, since i like a bit of darker sound i boost the bass.

I find that a cheap 15 dollar Fiio amp does wonders with upping the sound and bass of the SE210's. Although I do not use the SE210's as much as the SE110's.. I can say the Fiio makes all the difference.
