Monday 21st March my (3 month old) E3Cs lost most of the volume in the right bud.
They were signed in @ the Shure depot in London @ 10:10 Wednesday 23rd March.
A brand-new blister box pair arrived @ my house in Hampshire UK today 30th March @ 12:00.
What with the Easter holidays I make that a max 3 working days turnaround processing the claim and despatching the new pair.
Thanx guys - recommended.
