So I would like to get a set of Shure Olive Tips for my ER-6i's. I use the large tips on my ER-6i's, but barely because they feel rather large usually, but comfy. Should I be buying medium or large Olive Tips?

Also do you know of anyone selling single pairs?

Single pairs? They don't even sell them in packs of 3. I think they might have in the past...

Shure black foam medium is 13mm wide, and the large is 15mm wide. I can't find the PDF that had the sizes listed.
