Just wanted to extend a kudos to Shure and their customer service. I had a problem with my SE 215's and the right side connection. Living on the north side of Chicago I am close to their U.S. service headquarters so I thought why not pay a visit instead of sending them in. Technician could not have been friendlier. And 20 minutes later after testing my old headphones not only did I walk out with a new right ear piece but a left one as well. Even though that one was working the tech said the connector had enough wear and tear that he wasn't comfortable having me walk out with it. No questions asked. Just good service.
