Hi,

My dog decided to have a chew on one of my 535 earphones and the ribbon connecting the driver to the wire connector socket has now snapped. The driver should be OK though as I was using them with case glued together and it was only when taking them out that it separated and the ribbon parted. Someone soldered it for me using two new wires in place of the ribbon but the sound was about 40% less than it should have been. Can anyone advise what the solder points should be or if there's a cheaper alternative than the £200 to buy a new right sided earphone?
I don't mind what the fix looks like as long as they work OK, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Andy.
