Wow, i just got bonneville but your collection is amazing, wow also nice looking cables
What cables are on these beautiful iems?
Bonneville has been my current favorite! The mids are really special. :)

As for cables…
A12t - Effect Audio Ares S
Bonneville - Queen of Audio Whiskey
Supermoon - FiiO LC-RE
Trifecta - FiiO LC-RE Pro
Ragnar - Noble Magnus 4

The A12t cable is new to me and I haven’t spent much time with it. Hoping to take it on a walk later today and see how it feels. :)

It's just on 4 years now that I first started thinking about HeadFi, and went to demo the A&K SR15. I was looking for something to further enhance the only IEM I had at the time, the Shure SE535 that itself was a replacement for a broken pair of Bose QC20 a few years prior.

Whelp, it's been a bit of a wild ride since then...

Six-Pack of IEMs.jpg

My goal was to get a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and to that end I think I've largely succeeded while maintaining a semblance of sanity around budget.
Just as well I only got the 6-slot VanNuys, in an attempt to rein in the growth of this small collection

Of course, nothing stands still forever, and with one or two new releases I'm keen to explore later this year, at some point I'll have to begin to make changes. But for now, this is everything I want.

Spartacus and XE6 have had my interest for quite some time. I hope to hear them someday soon.

Beautiful collection! :)

What is a Racoon UFO and what does it do?:rolling_eyes:
It's a grounding device. Overall, sound becomes cleaner, darker, more details can be heard. Also bass hits harder by a bit.

I do have my B3's on the M2 right now but OK for the office and low level however once I exit the building and face those nasty external noises I go wit da juice

Flavour of the week: Dell 2in1 > foobar 2k > E1DA 9038S 3K > ISN Audio S8 > JVC HA-FDX1 (med. filter)

BTW ... I never had any IEMs that react so drastically to different cables but this humble ISN S8 on the trusty E1DA takes them dangerously close to TOTL DD level ... at least with my standard diet of jazz & fusion.
