What tips are you using on your BC's? I'm using the Moondrop Spring tips. They usually do a great job of staying in place. But these BC are so large they still manage to get pushed out or slip. I'm going to try the smallest size and see if they fit better.
Try the TRN T tips, since nozzle and weight is on the large side I also have some problems with fit. These tips helped me, they are kinda slim but more sticky. What tips are you using on your BC's? You might consider the JVC Spiral Dots. They are quite firm silicon and have a relatively large contact area so provide good support.
They fix a similar issue I have with my Dethonray Tender 1.
The Azla XELASTEC would also be worth trying as well since they are also offer a good contact area and are quite sticky.

You really have to give it to all headphones in general because ears are a scary place LOL
I'm kind of partial to Hustlers Whirlwind tips there

Some may get a big laugh out of these but once KZ latches on they try to go the distance with every release, these are nothing to sneeze at considering they were less than $10. Are they rough around the edges “you bet” but once again and considering the comp at the time these were an $8 steal in an old iPhone 6 non the less KZ DT-5
