This one is, when you watch in you can see the driver. I also guess this is one of the things contribute to such a open soundstage.

It affect the whole sound when blocking backside, but less than what I would have believed.

If you truly want open sound a earbud would be superb, quality you can get now is very good and give you that open headphone feel.

Not sure how your headphone is sounding.

Venture Electronics Zen 3.0 warm W signature, but also quite hot treble. Super resolving. Metal shell.

They have many earbuds of high quality(dare say one of the best), little hard to understand which model is best for what. But people in the Venture Electronics thread is helpsome.

Rikubuds Grand Berserker 2 L shaped, bass in focus. Little dark.

Riku has many different models, only heard two models. Great ones also but a level below the midtier offerings from Venture Electronics.
