I love the E12a but at the same time I wonder if I could get something better around 100/150£, since I realized I use them only in front of the computer.
Are there better desktop amps in this price range? Yes, the O2 obviously comes to mind, but would it make a difference given the 32ohm of the fidelios?

I doubt it. The E12a is a good amp. OTOH, I'm all for experimentation, so if your curiosity is going to bug you until you do it, then do it. The O2 is also a good amp.
