Should I keep my Skull Candy G.I.'s or get Apple Dual Drivers?

Would you be open to getting headphones, or do you absolutely need earbuds? + What kind of music do you listen to?
You could do WAAAAY better than Skullcandies/Apple earbuds.

I'd pass on the apple in-ears and get something by a good IEM manufacturer

SOmething like the Etymotic MC5 (or the MC3 if you want the iPod Control Remote thing on the wire)

Also you could look at this thread and look at your budget it's very informative about IEMs and will help your choice.

Thanks for the replies guys!

I know that over ears will get me much better quailty, but I am starting the snowboarding season soon, and I need headphones that will fit under my helmet. I'm pretty much limited to the $50 budget from selling the G.I.s, but knowing what I know now, I can probably get just as good audio quality (if not better) from earbuds with the same price I paid for Skull Candys. What war buds do you guys reccommend for $50?

Thanks again!

Don't think you want to go for the ADDIEMs, you can do better for the price.  What kind of a sound signature are you looking for, anyway?  Balanced, bassy?  It helps to get earphones based on the kind of music you listen to.
