Shure * - SE210 Sound Isolating Earphones

I was planning on getting some IEM because I am finally getting an amp, and wondering if I should get those or some other ones. I looked at topics and I just want to know I'm getting the "best" for my money.

The cap is going to be areound 160 so... yea. Oh, and I on these headphones I am mostly going to listen to rock/alternative and rap.

Oh, and the amp is the new T4 from iBasso.

From what I've seen on here, although Shure are very respected and recommended, at any place in the range below the 310's or even 420's, there is normally a better phone for the same ammount of money or less.

I'm not 100% on pricing in the US, but in the UK you can get Denon 700's more or less, easily get 551's, almost get Atrio M5's, ER6i's etc, although the last probably isn't very suited to rock.

When I joined head-fi, I was after some 210's, and ended up dumping the idea.

I'm not saying they're no good, because there are loads of good reviews and happy owners, but explore the market a bit more and you should find somehting better.
