here's the thing. someone knocked my ipod off the coffee table and broke my bling-bling connector. so, i guess i have a reason to upgade, now. my only question is, should i get the normal cryo or the jumbo version?. i would be connecting it to my hornet and i usually listen to rock and electronic music.

i would consider one of ken's new cryo x silver cables, but i'm trying to stay away from the silver.

Id get the regular one. I havent actually tested IC's side-by-side, but I find there to be little if any difference using any kind of quality IC's. Ive used a jumbo cryo and a bling bling (on the same setup at different times) and it sounded the same to me, yet the jumbo cryo is around $100 more.

you should just go to the diy forum and check out the cable gallery. some of those guys might be able to make the same cryo/jumbo for cheap.
